SUBJECT: Request for Predetermination of Qualifications to Enter the Warrant Officer Candidate Program.
1. Request predetermination of qualifications of SFC John D. Doe, 000-00-0000, to enter the Warrant Officer Candidate Program for Unit Maintenance Technician (MOS 915A). SFC Doe’s exceptional experience and education support entry into the WOC Program.
2. Sergeant First Class John D. Doe is an outstanding soldier whose technical expertise is unsurpassed. He possesses the attributes most desired in a warrant officer including professional competence and evident leadership abilities. Sergeant First Class John D. Doe’s projected assignment is as a Unit Maintenance Technician, MOS 915A, paragraph 000 line 00, in Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 181st Brigade Support Battalion. (NOTE: A projected assignment is not required as soldiers with approved predeterminations may be required to appear before the WAARNG WOC Order of Merit List Board for placement on an Order of Merit List for consideration for any state-wide vacancies in the requested WO MOS.)
